About the Platform

Accepted Payment Methods

ha999 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). Funds sent through any other method will not be accepted and ha999 will not be liable for them.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (applicable for each method).
• The deposit account must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• A standard withdrawal typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.

Welcome Bonus

New members at ha999 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus (total balance ৳2,500); depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus (total balance ৳37,000).

Wagering requirement

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawing the bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry and conditions.
• A promotion code cannot be used more than once.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.
• ha999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Weekly cashback benefits apply to VIP members from Bronze through Gold tier.

Fair Play Policy

Strictly Prohibited Activities

Consequences of Violations
